I don't have my access code. How do I get it?

If you are unable to find your access code, please send an email to soulshine@amdyrucker.com. Please include the name of your school, your childs full name, class/group/grade.

I only want one print. Is that possible?

Yes! While the store defaults to packages, it is possible to order just one print. Click on "individual prints" at the top of your page when viewing your gallery.

When will my photos be ready to view?

Galleries can take up to two weeks from photo day before they're available online, however, we try very hard to deliver them as quickly as possible.

Can I pay with cash or check?

Yes! Please send an email to soulshine@amydrucker.com, and we'll coordinate that.

Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

How long will the delivery take?

If you choose to have your photos delivered to your school/daycare (no fee), orders will be delivered within 5 business days of the "batch shipping" date. Please see your gallery to see the batch shipping date.

If you chose to pay for drop shipping to your home, you can expect your order within 5-7 buiness days of purchasing. 

Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image? 

Yes. The watermark is only used to protect your photos against illegal downloads and screenshots. 

What is the quality of the prints? 

All prints are printed through our trusted professional print lab partner. This is the same lab we have been using for our family and commercial work for over a decade. 

Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. 

I'm having trouble figuring out how to order photos, is there a tutorial?

Head to the main log in screen and scroll to the bottom. You will find a video that will walk you through how to order your photos. 

What if I have issues with my order?

Please contact us directly by sending an email to soulshine@amydrucker.com if you have any issues with your order. Note that due to the nature of digital orders, all downloads are final sale. Printed items are guaranteed to arrive from the lab as expected. If prints arrive damaged, we will send reprints immediately. We can not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss that occurs after we deliver to your school.
